Monkey Bars for Adults at Rise

I love the addition of my monkey bars at Rise. They're a great way to help my clients feel better, prevent injury, get stronger, and put on lean muscle (not to mention if you're a youth athlete, it's a GREAT way to build strong, injury proof shoulders)
