Hope Dealer
Sam Pfister is owner and head coach of RISE Strength and Performance. He lives in Lebanon with his wife Julia and pup Rudy.

Originally from Illinois and spent a decade working in DC, Sam is now a proud Tennessean and is passionate about making Tennessee the Sports Epicenter of the South.

Sam has over a decade of coaching experience, including an internship at Division 1 program at George Washington University & one of the top ranked strength gyms in DC. He's coached wrestlers, baseball players, volleyball, soccer, and many others!
Director of Success
Kara Holman is a Lebanon native and has been with Rise since June of 2023. She is an exception coach with special talents in ladies nutrition, aerobic capacity building and youth athletic training.

She has a deep passion to help other succeed and to reach their full potential through fitness.
Coach Rudy
Rudy has been the official mascot and spokesman for Rise since his adoption is 2023. Rise has never been the same since.
​
He'll greet you at the door, meet you at your mat, and provide emotional assistance during the workout.

He's been selected as employee of the month every month of his employment.
