How Being Coached Increases Your Time & Energy

"I'm staying on in January to keep me sane."
That's what one of my clients said to me this week during our small group personal training session.
She had doubts about the gym fitting into her schedule because she works in accounting/finance and the first part of the year is crazy for her.
I don't know if she "found more time," but clearly she feels and sees the value of dedicating two hours a week to Rise coaching.
Lots of my other crazy busy clients have realized this as well... it is a game changer for extremely busy people.
For busy people, their most valuable resources are time and their brain power.
Spending an EXTRA two or three hours a week under a coach's helpful eye ADDS time and brain power to their week. How?
It's not JUST the getting healthy by weight training, but it's all the things that get "tag along for the ride".
Let me explain... When endeavoring toward your goal, factors in your life change to NOT ONLY help you reach your goal but elevate other areas of your life -- ie, more time and brain power.
-- Getting up earlier to workout will force your body to get up earlier the other days (and better sleep)
-- Eating better to fuel your workouts leads better regulated blood sugar throughout the day, thus avoiding afternoon crashes and dips in productivity
-- Being coached helps the brain destress because that internal worry of "oh man I really SHOULD be working out" is taken off the table, freeing up space for the brain to focus on bigger tasks
-- Release of endorphins and dopamine help you feel more confident
-- Weight training and doing hard things increases cognitive function and focus
Do you think you'd have a better week if you dedicated 3 hours to being coached at Rise?
Would NOT having your afternoon crashies help you get more done?
Would being in a better mood attract better clients?
Would getting up earlier give you more mental space for big picture thinking?
We didn't even touch on the intangibles of... not having to think of what to do for your workout, the comradery of the small group sessions, the accountability and higher standards driven by a group, the forcing of good habits such as meal prep, planning etc.
Your goal of "being healthy" elevates your already high-achieving life in tons of ways.
